These terms cover the DNCL Techzone wholesale portal. Using the portal means you accept them.

Accounts

The portal is for verified businesses buying at trade. Every application is reviewed and approved by hand before the account can sign in, and we may decline an application without giving a reason. Give accurate company and contact details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account. One account represents one business — do not share logins outside it.

Offers are requests, not orders

Submitting an offer is a request to buy. It is not a binding order and it does not reserve stock. Prices and availability are confirmed by a sales representative before anything is final. Nothing is sold, allocated or invoiced until you have that confirmation, and we may decline or adjust any line before then.

Stock and pricing

Stock counts and product details shown in the catalogue are indicative. They come from our inventory system on a delay and can change at any moment, including between the moment you load the page and the moment you submit. Grades and condition descriptions are our own assessment. Obvious errors in a listed figure do not oblige us to honour it.

Terms of sale

What the grades mean

Grades describe cosmetic condition. Every unit we sell is tested to power on, hold charge, and pass its functional checks regardless of grade, and is supplied unlocked unless the listing says otherwise.

New (In Box) — unused, in the original sealed or manufacturer-refurbished packaging, with the accessories the manufacturer included.
Premium Grade — indistinguishable from new at arm's length. No visible wear.
A Grade — light wear only: faint micro-scratches visible at an angle, nothing you would notice in use. Screen and housing intact.
B Grade — visible wear: scratches, light scuffing, possible minor edge or corner marks. The screen is free of cracks and of marks that affect viewing.
C Grade — heavy cosmetic wear: deep scratches, dents, scuffing, discoloured housing. Fully functional, but sold as cosmetically poor.

Grading is our own assessment and is applied per unit, not per batch. Units are supplied without original packaging or accessories unless the grade says otherwise.

Dead on arrival

A unit that does not power on, does not hold charge, or fails a functional check on receipt is dead on arrival. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, quoting the order number and the IMEI, and we replace it or credit it in full — our choice. Report a DOA unit before reselling or repairing it; once it has been opened, repaired or re-flashed we cannot accept it back.

Returns that are not DOA

Wholesale stock is sold as described and as graded, and we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you believe a unit is materially below the grade it was sold as, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. If we agree, we credit or replace it.

Warranty

Beyond the DOA and grading terms above, units are sold as-is, with no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Used equipment carries no manufacturer warranty, and battery health is not warranted at any grade unless a figure is stated on the listing.

Payment, title and risk

Orders are payable in full before dispatch, in US dollars, by the method you chose at checkout. Any fee for that method is shown on the order and added to the total. Stock is not reserved for you until payment reaches us — availability is live and shared, so an order can be overtaken by another buyer while a payment is in transit. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on dispatch from our facility.

If we cannot fill a paid order

If stock sells out before your payment arrives, or we otherwise cannot supply what you paid for, we will tell you and you choose: wait for equivalent stock, substitute, or take a full refund of the affected lines, returned by the same method within 5 business days of us confirming we cannot supply. We do not charge you for what we cannot ship, and a payment fee already deducted is refunded with it.

Shipping

Orders leave our facility the same business day when payment is received by 2:00 pm Central Time. Payment received after that, or on a weekend or holiday, ships the next business day. Shipping charges are quoted on the order at the rates in force when you submit it. Delivery dates given by us or by a carrier are estimates, not guarantees.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Texas have exclusive jurisdiction. Raise any dispute with us first — nearly everything is settled by a phone call and a photograph.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, redistribute or republish the catalogue data, do not attempt to access other accounts or parts of the system, and do not use automated tools to flood the offer endpoint. We may suspend or close an account for misuse, for repeated offers that are not followed through, or where we believe the account details are not genuine.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the portal, from reliance on indicative stock figures, or from periods when the site is unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and none of this affects the terms of an order once it has been confirmed in writing by a sales representative.
