Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for the DNCL Techzone wholesale portal — the account and offer system used by trade buyers. It is written in plain English because it is meant to be read.

What we collect

• Company name and contact name — from your account application.
• Email address — your login, and how we reach you about your account.
• Phone number — optional, used only if a sales rep needs to reach you about an offer.
• Shipping addresses — the delivery addresses you save to your account, and a copy of the one you chose, kept with the order it belongs to.
• Offers you submit — the items, quantities and prices you send us, plus your reference.
• Basic technical records — server logs of requests, kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Sign-in history — the time, IP address and browser of each sign-in to your account, so we can spot access you did not make. Each entry is deleted after 90 days.

We do not collect payment card details through this site, and we do not run advertising, analytics or tracking scripts. The pages load nothing from third-party servers.

Why we hold it

To operate your wholesale account: to verify that you are a trade buyer, to let you sign in, to show you stock, and to let a sales representative contact you about the offers you submit and confirm them. That is the whole purpose.

Who sees it

Your details are not sold, rented or shared for marketing. They are seen by DNCL Techzone staff who handle wholesale accounts, and passed to the inventory and order system we use to fulfil confirmed orders — that system receives the order details it needs and nothing more. We also disclose information where we are legally required to.

Cookies

Three, all strictly necessary for the portal to work. None is used for tracking or profiling, and there are no advertising or analytics cookies.

• Your session — keeps you signed in. Signing out clears it.
• A sign-in code in progress — short-lived, and cleared as soon as you finish signing in or abandon it.
• Remembered device — set only if you leave "remember this device" ticked, so we do not email you a code every time. It lasts 30 days and, by design, it survives signing out: that is what remembering the browser means. Sign in from a private window, or clear your browser's cookies for this site, if you do not want it kept.

How long we keep it

Submitted offers and the orders that come from them are kept as business records, as accounting and tax rules require. Account details (company, contact name, email, phone) are kept while the account is active; ask us and we will remove or anonymise them, except where they are attached to a transaction record we are obliged to retain.

In practice that means your name, company, email, phone, billing address, saved shipping addresses and contacts are erased, along with your sign-in history and our stored copies of the emails we sent you. The orders themselves stay, without anything identifying you, because accounting rules require it — including the address each one shipped to, which is a record of where the goods actually went. Copies of sent messages are cleared automatically after 90 days whether you ask or not.

Your requests

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account data. Write to info@dncltechzone.com or DNCL-TECHZONE, INC., Texas, USA and we will respond.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting account holders will be sent by email.
